Stop using these labels

Have you labeled yourself?

We’ve all put labels on ourselves.

It’s how we describe our personalities, strengths and weaknesses.

There are socially acceptable labels and then there are the ones we really believe deep in our hearts.

They are often critical and even abusive.

So why do we do that?

And how can we stop?

Click on the video and change your labels.

Now I want to hear from you

What labels did Jesus give you? Just leave your testimony in the box below. It will encourage someone.

  1. Excellent! Thank you very much for that mini-teaching about hurtful labels (self-labels) and how to ask Jesus, What’s Your perspective?

  2. Yes, knowing how you are known by Christ Jesus is liberating.
(The sound of the running water in the background also did it’s job!!)

  3. Hi everyone. Great message, as always Grant! Bless you!
This week I was sharing my day (an unpleasant situation) with a co-worker. I was caught off guard when he called me a “drama queen”… I’ve never been called that before and didn’t agree with it now. Jesus told me those words were demonically inspired (Matthew 16:21-23) to wound me through offense. “Labels” can also come/be spoken from demonic inspiration…
