  1. Hi! Great video as usual. Specific question: Is it possible depression could be caused by not only a lack of serotonin but other brain chemical deficiency, namely dopamine? I’ve had chronic depression for my entire lifetime and medication that targets dopamine (mainly stimulants) are the only ones that really work on my severe symptoms.

      Yes Carey, there are many brain chemicals associated with depression. Serotonin is just the best known and easiest to describe. There are many medication approaches that can work. Glad you found one.
