      Hi Jaci, thanks for your note. It’s from Psalm 139:16
      Your eyes saw my unformed body;
      all the days ordained for me were written in your book
      before one of them came to be.

  2. Very helpful. I think I probably did the same thing in my life, but never really realized it until now.
    I don’t want to be a pessimist!
    I really enjoy your weekly videos!

  3. After listening to your video I clicked on the prayer for healing and laid hands on my knee.
    I am hopeful and confident about the future.

  4. i definitely lived this way for a lot of my life. because of hurts when i was young, i just convinced myself to never really look forward to anything because it would probably fall apart and disappoint me in some way. thought i was “protecting” myself from potential hurt…of course that didn’t work. i’ve always been somewhat aware of it in my adult life, but this is the first time i heard someone else describe the same thing, and how to be free from it. thank you, dr. mullen.
