  1. I am resting in God’s love and it feels so peaceful! I’ve reconciled my past and know God’s healing work in me at such a deep level. I can never earn His love. I choose to respond to His love and guidance and seek His will for my days. He is the source of love, hope, peace, truth and forgiveness.

  2. I really like the explanation of this story. I think it is so good to be reminded that God just loves us because he loves us. It has absolutely no connection to what we do or what we don’t do. Seeing God this way helps me relax and not feel guilty when I feel like I am doing a bad job as a Christian. Where do those thoughts of feeling not good enough come anyway? This is probably the hardest thing for me, but I find that when I worship and am dedicated to just spending time with God it is easier for me to fight those thoughts.

  3. In a world of anger, resentment and hostility it feels great to know that God is always looking down. I’m striving as a 30yr old soon to be father to have The Lord and his word embedded deep inside my heart, So I can pass the message on to my future kids. my struggle right now is waking up somedays trying to battle the decay of liberalism and extreme islam. I know im wasting my time and I should be fully focused on receiving Gods message, if anyone has away to keep focused or a site please feel free to email me at [email protected]

  4. Thanks Kathy for telling a familiar tale in such a way that makes sense and puts
the lesson in an enlightening way for me. Christianity is all about RELATIONSHIP!
