  1. I loved your teaching although I am so sad and disappointed that the church will not embrace the gift of prophecy. They are so afraid God will tell them something they don’t want to hear. My experience in this gifting is what a blessing it is to the body to be able to encourage and build up the church but as soon as a word or hidden sin is exposed you are rejected. I now have been sadly used by God outside of the church, which doesn’t seem to be biblical.

  2. 4. I love the reality that Abba father expects us to ask and pray for the stirring up of our gifts He has planted in us. It seems so loving and respectful that He waits for us to long for and ask for His presence to stir us up with more of Him. It is like He is waiting for us to be enough Spiritually awake so that we can receive and walk in what He has for us to receive in our Spirit. There is a beautiful partnership he wishes to create with each of us as we hear and answer His call within us. I love that we are waited for by God to ask for more of His presence and purposes in us.
This mirrors the idea that Christ could not perform many miracles where there was little faith. In our spiritual dependence on Him we see and experience our need, to cling to , rely on and ask for more and more of what He has for us. Our faith in Him opens the doors of our hearts and minds and spirits to receive His life, His insight, His ways.
thank you Grant for being a great stirrer of His children to deeper and stronger walks with Him.
