Do you want to stop worrying?
Admit it, has worrying ever changed anything in your life?
Has it been a good investment of your time?
Did it pay you back well for the effort you invested in it?
Would you like to quit?

Well, Dr Grant, can you please refund me double for what I haven’t paid, please? 😀
I understand what you mean but right now, I am in an extreme situation that very few people haven’t been through. I know that people who have been through earthquake and losing all their possessions and being quite hopeless can sure relate to me. I don’t want to worry. It consumes my bones as King David says in the psalm. But where to go when you are such under pressure that if God doesn’t do a miracle soon, you know you are going to drop off for you are at the end of the rope?
I try to rejoice but my heart is greving. Though, I am going to try to stay in His presence and try to find rest for a while.
Thank you for your ministry: we definitively need that!
God bless
Thanks Sonia. At times like these you need others to help you. It may be a doctor, counsellor, pastor or friend. Don’t go it alone.
This is helping me today because now that I am back on medication an old worry has resurfaced…what if…the medication is stopped being produced when I still need it? God cannot promise me that it will always be available. I hope He will provide brain chemical miracles for all of us, if that happens, in Jesus’ name!
Don’t worry about the medication. We still have the original antidepressants available from 40 years ago.
This is helping me today as my son and husband take a week-long trip together. I’ve prayed for God’s good angels to keep them safe as they fly and enjoy their week. God cannot prevent all bad things from happening, so when the catastrophic thoughts tempt me, I will rejoice in God my strength and believe He will bless me with peace as in Psalm 16:8. Thank-you Jesus and Dr. Grant!
That’s it Patricia! You’ve got the key to overcoming disturbing thoughts. Keep using it.
Thank you and thank you! I come from the same school and make myself crazy, unhappy, resentful-I know I have worn a groove in my brain and I want to jump that stupid track. Thank you for telling me how!!!!
