  2. Such a great word! And so true! I often find spending time in worship and resting in His presence restores my peace. Also knowing that ALL things are working together for my good, because I love The Lord, helps enormously!

  3. I am desperately looking for peace. Thank you for your wise words. I am going to try harder to hear the kind words of Jesus so I can relax and return to happiness and peace.
Thank you and God bless you.

  4. I’d like to hear your thoughts regarding Luke 18 vs 1-8. Is the widow in a place of peace or anxiety? Do you think there is a place in the Spirit of God where persistence for something from God can live in harmony with the Peace of God? Do you think that those who travail in intercession can be at peace at the same time?
    Thanks, Ray

    Great question Ray.
The widow was demanding justice. There was no indication that she was anxious.
Yes I believe you can be persistent in prayer and intercession while your spirit is at peace because of your level of trust.
Peace is always a trust issue. The greater your trust the greater your peace.

  6. I try everyday to do what you are saying but I can never find peace. I feel like I’m a burden to everyone including myself. I feel my family would be better off if I were dead. maybe they’d have peace. I know I’d finally have peace.

  8. Thank you for this message – it is timely. I often have a hard time feeling peaceful when someone is yelling at me or mistreating me. After the event, I regain my perspective and peace, but I really struggle during. I think it will be helpful to remember that I need to trust God is in control, even in situations that seem so out of control.

  9. Jesus told me how much he loves me and to trust Him – to pray and believe – to continue to listen for His voice. He said he will lead me by His Holy Spirit through my present situation that has been such a burden for me.
