You have more authority than you think!

I didn’t know anything about authority

But the spirits obeyed.

That taught me a life changing lesson about spiritual warfare.

It will change you life too.

Now I want to hear from you

How have you used your spiritual authority and what happened? Just leave your testimony in the box below.

Here’s the warfare prayer I told you about.
Use it when you get unwanted thoughts or temptations.

I know what you are trying to do to me.
You have no power over me!
I refuse to give in or agree with you.
I send you to the foot of the Cross for disposal.
Then ask Jesus “What do you want me to think or know about this situation?”
Replace the bad thoughts with God’s thoughts.

I have used a type of pray in the past over some bad, depressing thoughts that
were not right, and the Spirit of God did change these bad thoughts to give me peace and to change to more positive thinking.

Hi Dr. Mullen! After listening to you speak on this subject in Edmonton this last January, I was able to go home and get rid of a spirit that was bothering my sleep for over two years. I was exhausted and can’t believe I put up with it for so long! I have slept great ever since. Thank-you!

You have no idea how timely this is. I need to get established in this truth that I have authority based solely on my position in Christ and as an heir or child of God. Isn’t it interesting how God just shows up with the truth when you need it? Thanks Dr Mullen ! Thank you Holy Spirit !

    Hi Grant,

I certainly agree that we have more authority than most people realize or exercise. However, I’m not sure that we can speak to the demons from our minds because I didn’t think that demons could read minds? I have thought that we need to speak out loud so they actually got the message!? Please clarify.

Thanks for raising that important issue Ray.
I have had lots of experience with spirits and I can confirm that they can’t read your mind.
What happened in this case was that I asked God to silence them (if they were indeed spirits) because I wasn’t sure what was going on. He then acted on my request.
I have often found it much easier to ask Jesus to deal with them than speak to them directly. He knows what’s going on in the invisible realm, I don’t.
    Hope that answers your question.

    Hi Grant,

Yes, I totally agree with your comment. However, that’s not what you said in your video. If you check you see from around 3.50mins you say, “You speak right to it in your mind, you don’t have to do this out loud…..” I’m not trying to be troublesome 🙂 but I think your listeners need to be clear about this.
    Thanks Ray

    Thanks once again Ray.
I see how I could be causing confusion.
The warfare prayer the way I said it is to be done out loud.
If you are doing it silently, then you should be telling Jesus you are refusing to accept the thought and what does he have to replace it.

The practicality of your approach is faith-fulled Dr Mullen. However I have misgivings about the text of your prayer, addressing demons before turning to Jesus. We are admonished in scripture to keep our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. It is my belief that when we turn our eyes on our adversary we are reduced to fighting him on his terms instead of availing ourselves of the finished work of Jesus.
To quote your prayer, “Ask Jesus “What do you want me to think or know about this situation?”” Acting on that should be enough. He has given all authority in heaven and on earth to us. nicK.

    Hello

I do not understand why I cannot the sound on your videos does not come through. It is not my computer, as I can get the sound from other videos on the web as well listen to music etc., but with your videos the sound does not come through. I have checked everything out on this end.

    Any thoughts on this.

    The Lord bless.

Most Beloved. My father immediately needed a “lift chair” as he couldn’t get up from a seated position. I will not go into the details but this came on suddenly. He is 90 years old with a crushed left pelvis, repaired, from an accident 4 years ago so his left leg is very encumbered. So, I immediately bought him a chair on line and the soonest delivery date I could get was 10 -14 days out. As I placed the order, I said our loud: “I do not receive this delivery date. My father needs this chair ASAP.” I prayed into and not about that a little longer. On the 4th day the chair is sitting on our door step. On that very same day I received emails from the ordering company on line and the company where it was coming from, stating that the item was now shipped that day. I had a great laugh and a great thanksgiving. The chair was already in my house before I read the emails. Thank You Father!!!
